Kettle Corn Secret

OK, this is the secret to making great tasting Kettle Corn at home.

Here are the things you are going to need to get started and while it may sound basic, you need to have all of these things laid out BEFORE you get started.

1. Popcorn Pan with lid. Now this can be virtually any type of pan, although I suggest you use at least a 3 or 4 quart sauce pan.

2. Popcorn. This can be any type you like including, white, yellow, bi-color, mini, or large.

As a certified Popcornaholic, I like them all. :) The yellows will usually give you more volume, you need to be aware of this when popping. The same amount of yellow corn verses white, red, purple, black, or blue may pop right out of the pan. By using my Kettle Corn Secret you will get the measurements just right and avoid the dreaded “popover”. :)
